Answers:

2911. This is probably a woodworker's cabinet scraper, used to remove a wood shaving in a manner similar to a wood plane:

2912. Possibly a planting tool that is missing its handle, a similar one can be seen here:

2913. A device for singeing the last remaining feathers from a chicken. After removing most all of the feathers, there usually remained a number of small pin feathers that could have been singed off with this device. The same results were more commonly obtained by using a torch made from rolled up newspapers.

2914. The seller of this tool said that it was an elephant trainer's hook, or ankus, but it is more likely a cargo or fish market hook, for use by warehouse workers:

2915. The most common suggestion for this tool is that it's for cleaning or reconditioning the threads on a screw:

The reconditioning would have been done by the two small parts indicated by the arrows:

2916. A woodworker's bench clamp, for holding a work piece vertically:

Update:
I received some further information on this tool from last week, it is a hops sampler, they were used for taking a parcel of hops out of the bale – a square was cut with a knife, and the sampler inserted to pull out a cube of hops.

  1. 2911- a scraper - possibly a hog skin scraper

2915 - a tool for removing bolts with stripped heads
    2916 - a jar top opener

  2. 2914 - I think it's a carpet stretcher used when installing wall-to-wall carpeting. The end with the "teeth" grab the carpet while you push the wooden end with your kneee to stretch out the carpet before tacking it down.
