ReplyDeleteSeems likely it's meant for firing a .22 blank in the brass holder.
Or actually, since the firing pin is centered, some small centerfire cartridge, perhaps in the metric blank range.

3199 - Similar to a flare launcher I had once (accidentally shot a flare hundreds of feet into the air as I didn't realize what it did. Just about took my head off and set fire to some grass!)
