3217. No answer yet for this tool, the most common suggestion is that it's a nail or pin puller:

3221. This is a jar opener, I agree with the comment that said the upper jaw should be flipped over so that the teeth are angled the same as the lower jaw.

3222. This is a wire tester, a wire is held between the two jaws and then the handle is turned to stretch it to see how much tension it can handle.

3221-Could be a lid remover - seems as though the gripper plate closest to the handle is turned the wrong way,
ReplyDelete3220: At a guess, it's a jig to make sure that mounting holes in equipment match up.
ReplyDeleteCoil winder?
ReplyDeleteA travel trivet! You can open it and set your hot cup or billy can on it.
ReplyDeleteItem #3220 seems to be a centering device for drilling holes in the edge of a board. Doweling jig.
ReplyDelete3220 I dunno what it is but I have on almost like it. Have asked around, best guess is it's a clock repair tool, used when the bearing holes in the large plates wear and you either have to make a whole new plate or drill it out and insert a brass plug. You have to drill holes precisely spaced, this tool lets you copy the spacing from the old plate. Mine has a point in the center knurled nut also, so it can copy four points.
ReplyDelete3217 can't estimate size from the photo but looks like a battery terminal puller offer.
