Set 291

For first time visitors I recommend this archive for some of my best posts.

1657. Approximately 2" long, this unusual pen clip has a couple of features which allow it to also be used for a different purpose, the idea here is to determine the other use for it:

1658. 36" long:

  1. 1657 can obviously be used as a flathead screwdriver. Anything else?

    1658 is a jack.

1659 looks like it can be used to fire a grapple with a line.

1661 ... looks like another jack. It also looks like a tool for uprooting fenceposts.

  3. 1658 is very much a jack for motorcycles: http://images.google.com/images?q=motorcycle%20lift%20jack&oe=utf-8&rls=com.ubuntu:en-US:unofficial&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&hl=en&tab=wi

  4. Forgot to add, apparently someone has placed angled cushions on top for something else. The lift is operated by pumping the black lever on the right with your foot.

  6. 1657: Flat screwdriver, and can handle pencils as well as pens. And works as a bottle opener.

    1658: Motorcycle engine stand.

    1659: Speargun.

1660: Golf ball imprinter. I think the black handle is for the inker.

    1661: No clue

    1662: Rip cord handle.

  7. I think 1661 is going to turn out to be a wagon (or coach or....) wheel-puller.
