3211. This is part of a U.S. Army tank searchlight, a photo of the entire searchlight can be seen here.

3213. This is a neurosurgical tool called a Dura Hook, it was used for removing brain material, tumors, etc from the brain cavity, though it does resemble a packing extractor or a gun worm for a pistol.

    3213: A work for removing unfired bullets from a black powder pistol?

    3216 I agree, a doweling jig.

  3. 3213 is a Packing Puller used to remove packing from a packing gland (stuffing box).

  4. 3211: The flashing light from a ship navigation marker? The occluding bits look like they were made to make a particular flashing sequence when the unit was rotated.
