  1. 3025 is a frame or guide used for writing in Braille.
    It is used with a stylus to make small punch marks in paper that can be felt and "read" by a blind person.

  2. 3025: I agree, it looks like a Braille grill. Since you write by pressing into the back of the paper, you write from right to left but read from left to right.
    3029: Lockable telegraph key. For use in a mine?
    3030: A crossbow cranequin for cocking a very heavy crossbow.

  4. 3026 - A foot valve for a well. Designed to prevent the line from "losing it's prime" when the pump is disconnected.
