2980. The larger piece is 6" long, this unidentified item was found along the East bank of the Mississippi River on the Southern edge of Fridley, MN.

2977. This is a large brass paper clip:
























2978. An anti-kickback pawl for a Dewalt radial saw, it mounts on the saw as seen on page 9, figure 27 in this pdf document:


































2979. A rice thrasher, or thresher, this tool was used in the fields of Korea and its neighboring countries to thresh a rice paddy. The rice was picked in bunches from the wet land in which it was grown and taken aside to this tool. It was placed into the tool’s teeth and pulled forward. The grains were separated and stayed behind while the stocks were pulled through and then disposed. The movement was repeated a few times until no grain was left on the stocks.

  5. # 2982; yes, looks like a triangulation sight used to plot the location of forest fires etc. Look thru it and read the direction from the base. It would have to be mounted using a compass for proper orientation.
