2066. A set of auger bit guides, used to keep a bit centered when enlarging an existing hole, to see a diagram of one in use, scroll to the bottom of this site and look on the right page of the catalog.

2068. A woodworker's bench dog or bench stop, used to hold a piece of wood in place while it is being worked on, the left end was driven into the workpiece and the two points were driven into the bench:

2070. A naturalist's cane, it held the microscopes, specimen jars, and all of the other tools and devices. The spike was pushed into the ground so that the cane could be used as a microscope stand.

2069: The proportions of the circles and their position is reminiscent of the holes in a cavity magnetron. But those aren't made of glass.
